Who is the class for?

Aerial Hoop classes for beginners in Olomouc – discover aerial acrobatics on a lyra!

 This Aerial Hoop class is designed for complete beginners with no previous experience. You don’t need any special strength or flexibility to start – everything is taught step by step during regular classes. Aerial hoop is a unique sport and dance discipline that builds strength, flexibility, and coordination, while also teaching you graceful and elegant movement in the air. 

 The class is taught in English and is intended mainly for English-speaking expats and foreigners living in Olomouc. Of course, Czech participants are also very welcome if they don’t mind that the lesson is held in English.

 How do I sign up? 

- Open classes can be booked using a 1 LEKCE STANDARD or "5 LEKCÍ STANDARD"
- Choreo courses can be booked using a KURZ CHOREO pass
